This is a great opportunity to experiment with your voice and body in a loving atmosphere and see where your spirit leads you.
The voice is such a powerful tool to guide you into unexpressed places that are yearning to be heard and felt and it is my great pleasure to have the opportunity to collaborate with the wonderful work of Dean Matuka who I met recently in Brighton. He experienced the profound nature of the sound healing I teach and so wanted to join forces and create a unique experience combining his unique version of Biodanza which he calls “Heart in Motion” with voice work aligning with the frequencies of the Zobet (solfeggio) which are based on the mathematics of existence or the divine blueprint of the cosmos and they help your body get more in tune with yourself and nature! Our first workshop was in December and now we bring the magic of Sonic Biodanza to London!
Come and journey deeply into the heart of your soul working with the awesome power of the Zobet (solfeggio) in a unique opportunity to work with sound and movement together to more deeply embody the divine spirit that you are and to awaken you to your full potential.
Biodanza is a beautiful way of connecting with others in an authentic and loving way when dancing.
We will be doing some powerful transformational work with the voice and breath and dance so I invite you to come play with us and discover yourself anew!
